  10.        These release notes describe the IRIS Annotator 1.1.2

  32.        1.1  _W_h_a_t__i_s__I_R_I_S__A_n_n_o_t_a_t_o_r_?

  34.        IRIS Annotator is a multi-media application expressly
  35.        designed for sharing ideas and information about 3D models.
  36.        It allows you to view the 3D models, and place markers in
  37.        the scene to indicate points of interest.  With each marker,
  38.        you can also associate notes that present additional
  39.        information about the model.  The note types include digital
  40.        media notes (images, movies, sound, text), links to World
  41.        Wide Web documents, other 3D objects, and more.  Once you've
  42.        authored your annotations you can email the annotated model
  43.        to others for their review.  They, in turn, can add their
  44.        own comments to the model and send it back to you.

  49.        IRIS Annotator 1.1.2 includes an online Unix man page, and
  50.        an online User's Guide.

  52.        To view the man page, either type ``man annotator'' from the
  53.        shell, or select ``Man Pages'' from the Help submenu of the
  54.        Toolchest.

  56.        To view the IRIS Annotator User's Guide, select ``Online
  57.        Books'' from the Help submenu of the Toolchest.  You will
  58.        find the IRIS Annotator book on the SGI_EndUser bookshelf.

  101.        view them on your screen.

  103.        Select ``Release Notes'' from the Tools submenu of the
  104.        Toolchest. This displays the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) graphical browser
  105.        for the online release notes.

  107.        Refer to the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for information on
  108.        options to this command.

  110.        If you do not have a graphics system, you can use the
  111.        _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s command.  Refer to the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for
